4 wholewheat pittas
4 tsp sundried tomato purée
3 ready plum tomatoes, cleaved
1 shallot, daintily cut
85g chorizo, cleaved (see tip)
50g mature cheddar, ground a couple of basil leaves (discretionary)

3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 carrots, coarsely ground
2 spring onions, finely cut
400g white cabbage, finely cut
5 sweet cured cherry peppers, 2 generally cut
3 tbsp mayonnaise
4 huge pitta breads, warmed
1 Heat a frying pan skillet. Rub the sheep steaks with the oil, cumin and some flavoring. Iron for around 3-4 mins on each side or until cooked as you would prefer. Set on a plate to rest.
